It was an extra fixture which was never used! This is the hard to find "polished brass" model, which style is similar to a vintage pharmacy lamp!

All parts are still sealed in the original box and wrapping with paperwork. Made to be mounted on the wall, it has a swing arm which extends 24 inches! Back plate/Canopy Width: 4.50 in.
