Mother of Pearl and Ivory inlay on magnificent silver or bass bird. The bird's wing is engraved with the name, Annie M Dearisay. The brass inlay is missing for one leaf in the center panel and two side panel strips.

Two interior compartments, and places for pens and inkwells and stamps. See photos for ruler shaped slat of wood used to help the writer keep the lines straight. Has a lock, but key is missing.

The skinny brass line strips are slightly buckled in two places. Everything is shown in photos.
