Pair of Antique French Grand Scale Brass Prickett Sticks - 19. For our Thanksgiving table decor, we used a combination of various metals - silver plate, gold gild, & brass. Altogether, they created a fabulous & celebratory presentation for our feast.

This is a pair of antique polished brass pricket sticks that we placed on either side of our Napoléon sculpture at the end of the banquet table - both to use as additional lighting holding large candles, & to impress because of their noble, more masculine beauty, topped with large green balls. Our mother had a diverse collection of pricket sticks from churches all over the world, & this pair was used as alter candlesticks from a wealthy church in France.

They sit an impressive 24 inches tall on a tripod base with sturdy acanthus leaf shaped feet. They are imposingly decorated with foliage & acanthus leaf motifs along with religious figures of sainthood.

Place them directly on your dining table or use them to create an additional attention-getting environment. They are in wonderful antique condition & will arrive at your home in a polished brass finish.
