Kohler Antique 280-PB Polished Chrome Faucet. This is not Home Depot or Lowe's junk, this is a quality faucet that was discontinued over two decades ago.

Box was opened to inventory contents. Faucet is complete, new and unused. It does not come with any Artist Edition skirts or handle inserts, which are required to make the faucet complete. This is what was called a skeleton faucet. This is a discontinued faucet and is impossible to find new in box.
